Empowered Path Consulting provides expert, in-home consulting for families navigating challenges related to neurodivergence, executive dysfunction, ADHD, behavioral struggles, and overall needs around skill building and the family dynamics related. With years of experience in special education, we design personalized plans to replace daily battles with healthy understanding and collaboration. By helping parents understand their child’s behavior and work with their children, we create an environment of peace and growth while fostering essential life skills. Through tailored assessments, family interviews, and scaffolded strategies, we address common challenges—from establishing routines to managing behaviors. Our approach empowers parents to guide their children toward independence, ensuring long-term success and harmony at home.
What do you do?
Complete inventories/questionnaire

Follow steps in plan
Be positive and supportive!
The success of the plan depends on your willingness to follow through with the step-by-step process. It’s important to approach each phase with consistency and patience, as your child may need time to adjust to new expectations. In the early stages, expect to be highly involved, whether it’s cleaning a room side-by-side or offering constant encouragement for completing a chore. As your child gains confidence and competence, your role will shift to more of a guide, stepping in only when necessary. While this process requires dedication, the result is a child who can independently manage tasks and behaviors that once felt impossible.
About me
I’m Cassondra Einbender, the founder of Empowered Path Consulting. With over a decade of specialized experience in education and family consulting, I’ve dedicated my career to helping families navigate challenges related to executive dysfunction, ADHD, behavioral development, and other challenges. My background includes a Master’s degree in Special Education and years of direct work in family homes, schools, and specialized programs. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside children with autism, developing tailored programs in life skills, behavior management, study skills, and social growth.
I grew up in Marysville, WA, where I attended MPHS and Running Start. After high school, I moved to Nevada where I attended UNLV and then UNR. After a few years of study and travel, my husband and I returned to the Pacific Northwest to raise our family in Lake Stevens. As a parent of three boys, I understand the challenges families face daily and believe in fostering environments of understanding and connection. The IEP support at school can be similarly designed for parent supports at home!
At Empowered Path Consulting, my goal is to empower parents with tools and insights to create positive, collaborative home environments that encourage their child’s independence and success. Through personalized consulting, I am committed to guiding families on a path to harmony and growth.
Families share
I can’t thank Cassondra enough for the impact she’s had on our home and daily life with our two young daughters. She truly understands the unique needs of neurodivergent children and brought kindness, empathy, and absolutely no judgment into every part of her work with us. Together, we explored the daily challenges we were facing as parents, and she developed thoughtful, practical solutions that didn’t add extra work to my plate once implemented. Her support has helped us create a home environment that feels structured yet comfortable for my girls, and the systems she’s built into our routines have made our lives so much easier. I highly recommend her services to any parent seeking a more supportive and compassionate home setup for their family!

Our family of 6 is full of varying needs and nerospicy people. We were continually fighting about and hitting walls around chores like bedroom and bathroom cleaning and keeping entryway items like shoes and back packs tidy. Cassondra was able to help us alter our mindset around teaching these skills, as well as set our space up to be more neurospicy friendly! It has been tremendously helpful!I highly recommend working with her for your family!
